Recep Gündüz, the founder of RG Consultancy, brings over 15 years of public sector experience and industry-specific expertise from the private sector. He offers refined strategic and legal advisory services in the fields of competition law, regulation, and public policy.

Gündüz held various senior roles at the Turkish Competition Authority, including managerial positions. He has also provided legal and strategic advisory services to Turkey’s leading fintech and technology company, and has led competition law processes for major corporations — including cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

With a vision that merges deep public sector insight and technology-driven legal consulting, he established RG Consultancy to help organizations navigate regulatory transformation.

His mission is to contribute not only to the needs of today but also to the consulting model of tomorrow — one that enables strategic transformation.

At RG Consultancy, technology is not just a supporting tool, but a core pillar of our advisory practice. In line with this approach, we are currently in discussions with a technology partner who will lead the development of RGCopilot and play a key role in our AI-powered compliance and RegTech strategy.
